Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance
- 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
- Must have managed a maintenance department in a food manufacturing facility
- Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
Pay
Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually plus 20% bonus.
