Pay

$145,000.00 – $155,000.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Maintenance and Reliability teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations.
  • Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Drive reliability improvement initiatives that increase asset availability, operational efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
  • Manage MRO strategies, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and repair planning, while meeting budget objectives.
  • Monitor and control maintenance spending, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operating performance.
  • Partner with plant technical leadership, operations, and corporate engineering teams to deliver capital projects, achieve ROI targets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and accountability for maintenance KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead change management initiatives that improve maintenance processes, reliability, and overall plant performance.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and resources are in place to consistently deliver quality products safely, on time, and cost effectively.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute capital investments, equipment upgrades, and process improvement projects.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and supporting employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including HACCP standards.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies, conducting facility inspections, and driving continuous safety improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing to include processing, packaging facility maintenance and engineering
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in work order systems, work scheduling, PM’s and preventative maintenance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
