Maintenance Lot Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Lot Manager oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of residential lots in a community setting. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring compliance with community standards, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lot maintenance tasks including landscaping, snow removal, and trash collection.
• Manage and coordinate with contracted vendors for services such as lawn care, painting, and plumbing repairs.
• Ensure all lots meet community standards regarding appearance, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints about lot conditions promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lot management efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or similar field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community standards and local regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
