Maintenance Lot Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Lot Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of residential lots within a community. Key duties include scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with community standards, and addressing resident concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise regular maintenance tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and facility upkeep.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to community standards and regulations.
• Respond to and address resident inquiries and complaints regarding lot conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Document all maintenance activities and communicate progress to residents and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
