About the role
The Maintenance Lot Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of residential lots within a community. Key duties include scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with community standards, and addressing resident concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and supervise regular maintenance tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to community standards and regulations.
- Respond to and address resident inquiries and complaints regarding lot conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Document all maintenance activities and communicate progress to residents and management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of community association rules and regulations.
- Experience with property management software.
