Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance duties including groundskeeping, painting, janitorial, and more.
- Work as a team participant to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
- Maintain amenity spaces, grounds, and ensure they are free from trash and debris.
- Communicate daily vendor appointments and required work at morning staff meetings.
- Work closely with management and other maintenance workers to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.
- Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
- Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
- Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment.
