Maintenance Lead

About the role

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service calls and repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of facilities.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• First aid certification.

Pay
