About the role

Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with other departments to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with facility managers to address urgent maintenance issues
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex mechanical and electrical problems
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective maintenance services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and resolving complex maintenance issues
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including 2nd shift

Qualifications
