Maintenance/Janitorial Associate

About the role

Rittenhouse Park Community Association (RPCA) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Janitorial Maintenance Associate to join the Homeowners Association (HOA) maintenance crew. The role involves ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of community facilities, common areas, roads, walkways, pathways, sidewalks, clubhouse, seasonal pool area, occasional landscaping, and the upkeep of golf carts, vehicles, and all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean community facilities, common areas, roads, walkways, pathways, sidewalks, clubhouse, and seasonal pool area.
• Perform occasional landscaping area upkeep.
• Ensure upkeep of golf carts, vehicles, and all equipment.
• Dispose of debris and furniture from common grounds and area courts.

Requirements

• Current driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Schedule

Required 6 hours per day, Tuesday through Saturday.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
