About the role
Responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring quality control in food manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience with quality assurance and compliance procedures.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of food processing techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
