Responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring quality control in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance procedures.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of food processing techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
