About the role
Maintain and repair equipment in the field to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep records of all work performed and parts used
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or repair
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
