Maintenance Helper

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant/Helper for its manufacturing facility.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday as required.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Safety‑conscious; must follow all safety rules
• Strong attendance record
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening

Qualifications

• Basic grounds knowledge: lawn care, weed trimming, painting
• In‑house maintenance: janitorial duties
• Basic maintenance: assisting with plumbing, electrical, and general machine upkeep and repair
• Self‑motivated with good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions/training
