Maintenance Helper

Responsibilities

• Maintains the nursing center and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Completes minor repairs to various items including handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, and fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Changes filters on HVAC equipment.
• Carries, lifts, and stocks supplies.
• Assumes Maintenance supervisor’s responsibilities in his/her absence.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
