Responsibilities
- Hotel maintenance experience at least 2 years
- HVAC and PTAC knowledge (certification is a plus)
- Knowledge in plumbing (certification a plus)
- Knowledge in minor electrical (certification a plus)
- Repair and paint walls
- Patch plumbing leaks or install new fixtures
- Stand/walk for 6 hours or more
- Lift 50lbs or more
- Work weekends and holidays
- Work days or nights
- Respond to emergencies

- Ability to multi-task, investigate, deduce and problem solve
