About the role

The Maintenance Helper plays a key role in ensuring our restaurant locations operate smoothly and safely. You will assist with daily maintenance tasks, support senior technicians, and help uphold company standards across all facilities. You are expected to follow established procedures while bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to your work.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment (hand tools, power drills).
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Communicate effectively in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• Flexible team player who can also work independently.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic familiarity with maintenance, repairs, or restaurant environments (preferred but not required).

Pay

USD $17.00 - USD $22.00 per hour. This position does not earn tips.
