Maintenance Generalist (C Shift) Chick N Quick, Rogers - AR

About the role

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, keeping machinery running, preventative maintenance, all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identifies all parts, supplies and services required to maintain equipment in assigned area.
• Completes work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals.
• Performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Skills

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools including drills, grinders, drill press, band saws, multi‑meter, and other tools.
• Physical capability for lifting, reaching, rotating, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in cold, hot, wet, dusty, and noisy environments.

Qualifications

Pay will be based on qualifications and experience level.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $22.90/hour + $2.00 shift differential.

Schedule

Work schedule: C Shift: 4 pm - 4 am Sat - Weds one week; Mon - Weds one week; Weds - Half days 4 pm - 10 pm.
