Complete Care | Full-Time Hourly Position Support Multiple Skilled Nursing Centers Across New Jersey Complete Care is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Regional Maintenance Assistant to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on facility equipment and systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building-related issuesComplete general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and equipment maintenanceAssist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standardsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situationsTravel between facilities throughout Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer CountiesManage multiple projects and priorities across various locationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWork independently while collaborating with facility leadership and team membersComplete additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or Administrator Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMaintenance, handyman, facilities, construction, or building operations experience requiredLong-term care, healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living experience is preferred but not requiredStrong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systemsHVAC, electrical, plumbing, or trade certifications preferredMust possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleAbility to travel regularly between assigned facilitiesStrong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize competing demandsComputer proficiency preferredDependable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule: Full-Time Hourly PositionPrimarily Day Shift HoursFlexible schedule required to support multiple centersParticipation in emergency on-call rotation requiredMust be available to assist facilities during evenings, weekends, and off-hours emergencies when needed Benefits: Competitive Hourly PayWork Today, Get Paid Today Option AvailableHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Career Advancement OpportunitiesSupportive Leadership TeamOpportunity to Make a Meaningful Impact Across Multiple Centers Why Join Complete Care?
