Maintenance Event Staff - Richmond Raceway

General Maintenance

• General building and grounds maintenance and upkeep such as cleaning, power washing, garbage removal in buildings and common areas, mowing, weed whipping, tree trimming, landscaping, painting, and event setup.
• Operate hand and power tools, tractors, carts, heavy equipment, and vehicles.

Janitorial

• Cleaning and trash removal of office buildings, houses, suite buildings, etc.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms.
• Operate hand and power tools, carts and vehicles.

Safety/Signs/Hospitality

• Sign maintenance and installation, vinyl application and installation of large banners.
• Painting ground graphics and walls and buildings.
• Setup and installation of tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment for events.
• Operate forklifts and boom lifts (preferred).
• Operate hand and power tools, tractors, carts, heavy equipment, and vehicles.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work overtime including some evenings and weekends
• Frequent lifting and carrying objects/material up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
