We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to join our expert team, ensuring every system runs flawlessly and every guest and owner experience exceeds expectations. From maintaining cutting-edge building operations to delivering prompt, professional service, you’ll play a key role in keeping this iconic property at its best. Key Responsibilities Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employeesAssist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systemsEnsure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working orderCollaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projectsComplete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records What's In It For You: Enjoy a 4 day work week, a parking pass in Vail, ski/bike breaks! Location: The Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Pay Rate: $27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment. Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm (4 ten hour shifts) Posting closes: 8/30/2026 or when filled Minimum Requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.Spanish is a plus.
