Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing critical hotel systems to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen appliances, industrial laundry equipment, and carpentry fixtures.Paint, wallpaper, and refinish surfaces, matching colors and finishes to resort standards.Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and emergency systems.Repair plumbing fixtures, unclog drains, and ensure water systems function properly.Operate and service mechanical equipment, including lubricating and replacing parts.Perform carpentry tasks such as installing fixtures, flooring, and repairing wood surfaces. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.Proficiency with hand and power tools, energy management systems, and CMMS software.EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.Preferred: expertise in wood staining, flooring, wallpaper hanging, and kitchen appliances.
