Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing essential hotel systems to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Key duties include operating and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, generators, and commercial kitchen appliances. Additional responsibilities involve carpentry tasks such as repairing and installing wood fixtures, flooring, and applying surface finishes like stains and sealants. The role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and using hand and power tools, with experience in energy management systems and CMMS software. Candidates must hold an EPA 608 Universal Certification and have at least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in hotel or resort environments. Preferred qualifications include specialization in flooring, wallpaper hanging, wood staining, or commercial kitchen appliances. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
