Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing essential hotel systems to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Key duties include Operating and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsMaintaining boilers, chillers, refrigeration equipment, generators, and commercial appliancesPerforming preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical panels, wiring, water fixtures, and mechanical equipmentHandling carpentry tasks such as repairing and installing wood fixtures, flooring, and surface finishesPainting, wallpapering, and surface refinishing to meet quality standardsManaging equipment like industrial laundry machines and ensuring safety and compliance Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or resort maintenance, ability to read blueprints and schematics, proficiency with hand and power tools, and familiarity with energy management and CMMS software. Certifications such as EPA 608 Universal are required. Preferred skills include specialty in wood staining, flooring, wallpaper hanging, and kitchen appliances. Additional info: Flexibility for night shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
