About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform plumbing repairs as needed
- Install and maintain electrical systems
- Oversee security systems and respond to alarms
- Document work performed and report findings to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
