Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of production machinery and equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs to minimise downtime and maintain production targets.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of production machinery, including roll forming machinery, Beam / Panel Saws.
- Carry out building maintenance, responding promptly to repair issues around office and factories.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety through process optimization and engineering solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts usage in the CMMS.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Work closely with production teams to minimize disruption and support operational goals.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical components.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with production machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Hours: 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7:30am to 3pm.Benefits
