Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Patrols the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
- Maintains order in the hotel, dealing with the welfare of guests, coordinating expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, safety hazards, and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational and persuasive manner.
- Inspects equipment, troubleshoots malfunctions, and conducts routine maintenance.
- Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
- Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
- Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work in a team environment.
