Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, program, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize building performance
- Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for climate control and energy efficiency
- Service fire sprinkler suppression and smoke control systems for life safety
- Maintain specialized equipment including commercial kitchen equipment, water leak detection systems, and automated material handling systems
- Optimize smart building environmental conditions to balance occupant comfort, building standards, and energy management
- Perform plumbing, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic repairs using cutting-edge tools and software
- Document work by updating plans and as-built drawings
- Manage procurement of supplies and materials
Valid driver's license required.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of maintenance engineering experience plus vocational or trade school experience or 4 years of engineering experience
- Emphasis in heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Refrigeration license
- Recent experience with high-pressure steam and fittings
- Diverse project portfolio
Pay
The full salary range is $56,400–$84,700. The expected starting salary range is $60,000–$75,000. Salary offer will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, position needs, total compensation package, and internal equity.
