About the role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and property cleanliness.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical components.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance or similar industry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.
