Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary

Nailor Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team. We manufacture a range of HVAC products including Air Control & Distribution products, VAV Terminal Units, Green Building products, Fan Coil Units, Electric Duct Heaters, Sound Attenuators, Air Handling Units, and Filter Housings. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintenance electrical work, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Install and maintain wire and cable, circuit breakers, and fixtures
• Maintain electrical systems
• Use hand and power tools
• Inspect electrical systems and components
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of electrical equipment
• Install and control electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Understand and follow safety procedures and policies
• Install and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Replace and repair electrical wiring
• Identify and test electrical components
• Install and maintain electrical equipment
• Maintain and repair electrical systems

Requirements and Skills

• 3+ years experience in maintenance electrical work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• PLC schematics, CAD a plus
