Maintenance Electrician

On a typical day
- Keep the line moving safely
- Ensure equipment is running smoothly and safely
- Repair equipment, replace sensors, contacts, or other defective parts
- Work with PLC equipment, small tools, and high-voltage equipment
- Keep equipment in safe, usable condition and your area safe and tidy at all times
- Work multiple shifts and/or overtime as needed

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Read and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and electronic documentation and drawings and interpret equipment data
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting skills, preferably in PLC motor controls and electrical equipment, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Perform PLC programming & diagnostics on various systems and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as relays, contactors, overloads, timers, photodetection & proximity switches or light curtains
- Strong understanding of Allen Bradley Control Systems, RS Logic 5000 & Seimens S7 preferred
- Experience with Fanuc and Toshiba a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good mathematical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
