Maintenance Director

As the Manager on Duty, you will maintain the facility and equipment, including preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs, while providing counsel to management regarding facility issues. You will also supervise staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment, including preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
• Supervise staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.
• Carry a beeper and respond to maintenance calls.
• Follow personnel, department, and facility policies.
• Know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to the facility.
• Adhere to the Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
• Ability to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to see small details in equipment and machinery.

Pay

$68,000 - $74,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Rotation including holidays as scheduled.
• On-call duties required.
