Maintenance Director

About the role

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. You will also maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, ensuring all systems are in good repair and hazard-free.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
• Ensure environmental center compliance
• Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
• Provide quality laundry service

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
• One year of prior experience in maintenance supervisory positions
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
