Maintenance Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property
• Prepare rooms for new residents
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property
• Maintain community landscaping to ensure the outside is as presentable as the inside

Requirements

• Two years of experience working in building maintenance
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies
