Maintenance Director

Lebanon Center is seeking a Maintenance Director for an on-call position. Full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits or modified compensation, which adds 25% to the base rate of pay.

About the role

The Maintenance Director ensures the safety and comfort of patients and residents by maintaining well-kept, aesthetically pleasing surroundings while complying with federal, state, and local laws. This highly visible role reports directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department, including orientation for new staff.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize fire and accident risks.
• Maintains required records and reports; performs budget planning.
• Remains on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Operates on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $30.00 - USD $33.00 per hour.
