Foremost at Sharon is a short-term and long-term care facility located in Sharon, MA. We are seeking a Maintenance Director to manage all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring our facility is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff
• Oversee repairs and facility upkeep
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
• Availability for limited evening and weekend on-call hours
