Maintenance Data Specialist

Job Summary

IFF is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, innovative professional to join our New Century Kansas manufacturing team in the role of Maintenance Data Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for maintenance management information (MMIS) system at the New Century Site.
• Manage MMIS portion of the management of change (MOC) process.
• Build and maintain equipment BOMs, create equipment IDs, facilitate P&ID updates, and establish equipment preventive maintenance plans.
• Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation.
• Collaborate with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams.
• Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible.
• Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible.
• Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities.
• Maintain MMIS procedures and assist with work order closures.
