About the role

Serves as the worker in the duties of care and cleaning of assigned buildings and related facilities. May be required to travel between several City buildings during their scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of assigned buildings and facilities.
• Performs janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Cleans restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Assists in the preparation and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
