About the Program
Our Maintenance Apprenticeship Program will develop your skills needed to provide support to our manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, conveyor, PLC, fabrication, automation, industrial and motor controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs production and any specialized equipment involving:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Power Transmission, Lubrication and Pumps
- Instrument/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot)
- Piping and plumbing
- Electrical Theory
- Mechanical Operations
- Motors, Automation and Robotics (Maintain and Repair)
- Paint Oven Process Heating, Paint Oven Controls and Troubles
Work Environment / Physical Conditions
- Dust, fumes and noise are commonplace
- Seasonal fluctuations in temperatures and humidity are expected
- Stand and/or work for up to 10-hours per day
- Lift and carry up to 40lbs on a continuous basis
Experience Needed
Ideal candidates would have prior Industrial, Manufacturing, Agricultural, or Mechanical Maintenance experience. Completion of an advanced technology program or degree at a technical school would be very beneficial.
