Maintenance & Construction Apprentice
Starting Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour + Free Utilities & Major Rent Discount
Location: Carmel, IN & surrounding communities (Up to 40% travel)
Schedule: Mon – Fri, regular day hours with some exceptions for travel and urgent projects
The TL;DR
Instead of taking on massive trade school debt, get paid $19–$21/hour to learn construction, renovation, and property maintenance from the ground up. We provide the training, the tools, the team, and even a steep discount on a luxury apartment with free utilities. You bring the hustle and willingness to learn.
The Reality Check
This is not a desk job. It is hands-on and fast-paced work. You will lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be using hand and power tools daily. You will be traveling between local or long-distance locations 100% of the time. If you want a job where you sit behind a screen, this isn't for you. But if you want to build real, practical skills that last a lifetime, build up your physical fitness, and watch tangible results come to life every single day, this job is for you.
