Maintenance Clerk (Day Shift) Pasco, WA

About the role

Assists maintenance department with parts and provides administrative support to the Maintenance Planner Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Creates new JDE equipment numbers
• Creates and maintains BOMs for all equipment
• Monitors parts checked out of the stock room to ensure they are checked out to the correct pieces of equipment
• Supports mechanics when they need help finding part numbers or equipment information
• Maintains preventative maintenance routes for mechanics
• Prints pocket cards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One plus year related experience and/or training
• Good knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to learn new software systems
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay

$24 - $27.50/HR
