The Maintenance CCEP Manager is responsible for all maintenance operations under this effort. Must have at least 10 years of direct supervisory experience in a setting involving the Maintenance of Army Materiel and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures dealing with Army Materiel Maintenance Management. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the logistics information systems in use and must have the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services as required. Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the logistics information systems in use.
• Provides information and reports, resolves issues, and recommends actions to improve delivery of services as required.
• Conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
• Reviews schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning repair parts requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering facility limitations and time constraints.
• Ensures task requirements are met in accordance with PWS for all performance areas.
• Oversees analysis and investigations to detect adverse quality trends or conditions, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Organizes and maintains statistical analysis data of operations including manpower utilization, material cost and usage, work center utilization, and other key contractual performance indicators.
