Shifts Available
- Full Time- 40 hours
- 7:30am - 4pm: Monday - Friday- with rotating on call
Contributions
- Work on projects and repairs in plumbing, electrical, drywall, plastering, painting, carpentry, gutters, roof work, appliance repairs, and door installations and/or repairs.
- Work on grounds – lawn mowing, weeding, trimming shrubs, and cleaning up leaves. In winter months, snow and ice removal from roads, sidewalks, and walkways is included and must be kept clear 24/7 per week.
- Perform monthly furnace inspections.
- Make minor repairs of walls, sidewalks, chimneys, etc.

Minimum Training and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Some trade or vocational school training with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the trades or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have all required clearances.
