Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the cleaning of the complex from a day-to-day, pre-event, during event, and post-event perspective.
• Assist with all cleaning operations including trash removal and janitorial services.
• Ensure reliability and maintain regular attendance for designated shifts.
• Deliver excellent work and maintain high standards consistently.
• Avoid all hazards such as slipping, tripping, and falling.
• Operate with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Complete all assigned job duties.

Qualifications

• Possess cleaning product knowledge and proper usage of products.
• Show strong detail-orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Display a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
• Have a proactive approach and a desire to uphold the company's values.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work well with management, staff, and customers.

Preferred

• Experience in custodial/housekeeping services field in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working at a sports venue or large meeting venues.
• Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens regulations.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk throughout the entire shift in various weather conditions.
• Lift and/or carry items weighing no less than 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach and bend as needed.
