About the role

Maintenance is the backbone of our operations. At Road Ranger, our warm hospitality starts with having the cleanest and best maintained facilities in the business, and our Maintenance personnel are the ones bringing that vision to life on a daily basis. They are responsible for keeping the inside and outside of our stores clean, safe, and welcoming for all our customers.

Responsibilities

• Keep the inside and outside of stores clean, safe, and welcoming
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure store equipment and facilities are in good working order
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with facility-related issues
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
