Job Responsibilities
Provide support services to Bank operations through maintenance of existing facilities. Primary maintenance services to Bank buildings, furnishings, utilities, and infrastructure. Perform miscellaneous maintenance jobs, i.e. electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, HVAC, assist in unloading supply deliveries, etc. as required. Maintain company vehicle. Work with Facilities Manager on yearly capital expenditures requests. Assist in search or identify qualified area vendors, build and maintain good working relationships with them. Work with vendors on bank projects. Act as project manager for projects under $10,000.00. Seasonal snow removal at home branch and surrounding areas as needed. Participate in disaster recovery as needed across entire company footprint. Floods are the most common disaster. Participate in moves (i.e. personnel, equipment, building cleanup and trash removal). Support the PEBO culture which focuses on taking care of the customer, vendors each other. Assist other team members with tasks within their areas as needed.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical skills - carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
Current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Good organizational, communication, and computer skills
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and neatness
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of state and local codes, ADA laws, and OSHA regulations
