Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve grounds, landscaping, and outdoor areas
• Perform routine landscaping tasks (weeding, irrigation, lawn care)
• Apply lawn care treatments and chemicals safely
• Care for the pond and surrounding outdoor spaces
• Support both North and South campus operations
• Complete general maintenance projects including: Carpentry, Electrical repairs, Drywall and painting, Conduct small appliance repairs, Assist with campus vehicle upkeep, Handle seasonal duties, including snow removal
• Take ownership of tasks and complete projects independently
• Support additional maintenance needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or facilities support (preferred)
• Working knowledge of tools such as mowers, trimmers, and edgers
• Basic skills in preventative maintenance and repair
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Able to safely work with cleaning and landscaping chemicals
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
