About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Ensure all work areas, restrooms, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Support the manufacturing team by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a custodian or maintenance role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a manufacturing environment.
