About the role
The Maintenance associate is responsible for all building maintenance related duties, including light troubleshooting and major repair work as needed, and maintaining the electrical, plumbing, and cleanup of different departments within the building. While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently walks, stands, and occasionally sits; must regularly lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds; specific vision abilities include close vision. This is a safety‑sensitive position. - Perform carpentry and plastering
- Paint, remodel, and repair flooring
- Complete installations and demolitions
