Responsibilities
- Maximize organizational effectiveness through proper maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Serve as the primary supervisor of equipment and truck repair and maintenance, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Drive a truck or operate a spray rig during the busy season as required.
Qualifications
- Strength and agility to handle product/equipment weighing between 50-100 pounds.
- A Class A CDL license or the ability to obtain one (helpful).
- A High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
- Basic mechanical ability and welding skills.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
