Maintenance

Principal Responsibilities

• Respond within 24 hours to District Manager requests (text, email, phone calls)
• Report all repairs needed while providing timely status reports of progress
• Restaurant equipment repair
• Inspects properties daily and performs corrective action. Checks violations, vendor performance, identify physical repairs needed
• Ensure routine tasks are being satisfactorily performed

Availability

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Must also be available for emergency service calls as needed

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Trash pick-up
• General cleaning of facilities and assets
• Signage—repair and maintenance including posts and signs of all kinds
• Ability to lift over 50lbs
• Light check and change bulbs
• Janitorial duties
• All manners of manual labor
• Function using extreme physical labor and work in extreme weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record
• Tools to perform essential job duties
