Tasks Include
- Fixing, repairing and basic preventative maintenance in hotel and employee housing facilities
- Mowing, trimming and cleaning exterior of property
- Receiving deliveries, stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
- Performing deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Repairing and cleaning items in designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, porches, stairs and public areas
- Ensuring grounds and landscaping are kept clean
Schedule
M-Sun, 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm, 6 days per week. Days off and shifts vary. 35 hrs per week. OT varies.
Qualifications
No minimum education or experience required. Must lift 30 lbs.
