Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.Install, maintain, and improve manufacturing machinery and facility systems.Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures.Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.Follow all safety procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.Technical Certificate in Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent experience/training) preferred.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.Experience in manufacturing environment.
